新冠肺炎已經持續14個月了，有些人在新冠肺炎中有收穫，但有許
多人在新冠肺炎中失去親人、失去工作、我們很多人都在新冠失去我
們的自由！更多孩子們去去他們的社交生活、
他們也失去正常的學習機會，如果我們要抱怨這個疫情，
我們可能一個星期都無法抱怨完畢！如果不抱怨疫情，
我們心中有多少的怨恨和委屈！讓我們靜下心想想這疫情的傷害！
我喜歡紐約！因為紐約是一個大蘋果城市！紐約是全美國種族最複雜
的州，我一來到美國就愛上紐約，我曾經環遊美國，
但其他州不太有吸引力！我在紐約居住20多年，我必須相當誠實告
訴大家：我從來沒有遇過種族歧視！前幾天、朋友告訴我：
她遇見一位沒帶口罩的男人向她吐口水，明顯的種族主義！前陣子、
仇視亞裔的事件特別多！最近、我常常拿心理學課程，
而我發現兩種族群的歧視特別強化，就是種族歧視和LGBTQ人群
歧視，但這兩種人群，對於我而言～完全沒有歧視理由！
認識我的人都知道，我有各種朋友，我從來不會歧視同性戀、
或黑人，我甚至跟許多智障和殘疾人做朋友，我們鄰居有坐輪椅又低
智商的女生，我也喜歡向她打招呼，因為我覺得他們都有一種社會上
看不到的～天使般的面容！
為什麼要仇視亞裔？因為COVID病毒來自中國！我必須誠實說：
病毒來自中國，歧視亞裔可以減低病毒傳播嗎？還有歧視亞裔、甚至
傷害亞裔病毒就會消失嗎？我必須誠實說：美國人處理病毒是最糟糕
的國家之一！病毒的產生不是美國的亞裔製造的好嗎？生活在美國的
亞裔不是受害者嗎？病毒從來沒有因為我們是亞裔，就跳過我們，
我們教會許多姐妹們一人染疫，全家染疫！病毒不會跳過任何人！
但仇視亞裔會激動你自己心中仇恨的情緒，這對自己和別人都是一種
傷害！病毒已經讓我們無形生活在恐懼中，我們又為自己製造更多的
仇恨！仇恨亞裔讓自己充滿焦慮和怨恨的情緒！而亞裔被仇恨又生活
在無奈與恐懼之中，這些仇恨、焦慮、恐懼、無奈的情緒都是我們為
自己積累，甚至為自己帶來的，這些不是病毒造成，
而是人性造成的！
如果你問我病毒可怕嗎？病毒一點都不可怕！但錯誤的防疫和人性的
詭詐，確實相當可怕！新加坡人口稠密，他們又6萬多人染疫，
30人死亡！病毒對他們的影響確實很小！為什麼美國那麼嚴重？
因為美國防疫政策有問題！美國根本把病毒當成政治武器！
但我今天不想聊政治！我只想告訴大家：病毒未必會造成死亡，但我
們的情緒和我們對別人、對自己的傷害可能會造成死亡！我們把防疫
做好，病毒從哪裡來是政府要追究的責任！而保護自己卻是我們的責
任！我們把孩子關家裡，把自己關家裡，但我們從來沒有把病毒關住
，病毒一樣蔓延、一樣散佈！美國人最大的錯誤是～不懂承擔責任！
政府部門沒有責任，就是責怪這個、責怪那個，
這根本無法解決問題！「防疫」就是不要散播病毒！我們的仇恨、
我們的抱怨、我們的種族歧視又何嘗不是病毒呢？
任何形式的病毒都會殺死人！所以，不要讓焦慮、恐懼、仇恨、
抱怨的病毒殺死自己和別人！
換個角度看、我們能經歷這世紀大瘟疫，又何嘗不是人生中的新挑戰
呢？讓我們開始學習一種新生活、開始學習一種新方式、
甚至我們和我們的孩子們都一起學習新承擔！在疫情中、
我們認識生命的無常和珍惜生命和珍惜親人的重要性！在疫情中、
我們學習如何保護自己和保護親人！在疫情中、我們學習更加勇敢堅
強面對！我們也明白太多事情，我們沒有選擇、我們沒有退路，
我們必須面對病毒，我們必須和病毒搏鬥，病毒不會因為我們躲起來
而離開，我們越躲起來、它們越喜歡找體弱多病的人，
我們唯一的選擇就是～活得更健康、活得更負責，
這才是真正的戰勝病毒之道！！

無論往哪裡去，耶和華─你的 神必與你同在。」～我們生活在這世界，不是靠醫生、不是靠疫苗、
更不是靠政府，我們要守上帝的律例典章，上帝才能保守我們，上帝
才能與我們同在，幫助我們戰勝病毒！

I like New York! Because New York is a big apple city! New York is the most racially complex state in the United States. I fell in love with New York as soon as I came to the United States. I used to travel around the United States, but other states are not very attractive! I have lived in New York for more than 20 years, and I must be quite honest to tell everyone: I have never encountered racial discrimination! A few days ago, my friend told me: She met a man who didn't wear a mask spitting at her, obviously racism! Recently, there have been many Asians hatred! Recently, I often take psychology courses, and I found that the discrimination between two ethnic groups is particularly strengthened, namely racial discrimination and LGBTQ discrimination, but for these two groups of people, I have no reason for discrimination at all! Anyone who knows me knows that I have all kinds of friends. I never discriminate against homosexuals or black people. I even make friends with many mentally retarded and disabled people. Our neighbor has a girl who is in a wheelchair and has a low IQ. I also like to say hello to her. , Because I think they all have an angelic face that is invisible in society!
Why hate Asians? Because the COVID virus came from China! I must be honest: the virus came from China, can discrimination against Asians reduce the spread of the virus? Will the virus that discriminate against Asians and even hurt Asians disappear? I must be honest: Americans are one of the worst countries dealing with viruses! Isn't the virus made by Asian Americans? Are Asians living in the United States not victims? The virus has never skipped us just because we are Asian. My church many sisters get the virus alone and the whole family to get the COVID ! The virus will not skip anyone! But the hatred of Asians will excite your own feelings of hatred, which is a kind of harm to yourself and others! The virus has allowed us to live invisibly in fear, and we have created more hatred for ourselves! Hatred of Asians fills oneself with anxiety and resentment! And Asians are hated and live in helplessness and fear. These hatred, anxiety, fear, and helpless emotions are all accumulated for ourselves, and even brought for ourselves. These are not caused by viruses, but caused by human nature!
If you ask me is the virus terrible? The virus is not terrible at all! But the wrong epidemic prevention and the deceit of human nature are indeed quite terrifying! Singapore is densely populated, they have more than 60,000 people infected with the COVID , and 30 people have died! The impact of the virus on them is really small! Why is the United States so serious? Because there is a problem with the US epidemic prevention policy! The United States treats the virus as a political weapon at all! But I don’t want to talk about politics today! I just want to tell everyone: viruses may not cause death, but our emotions and our harm to others and ourselves may cause death!
