I can't help much, but I really hope everyone living in China feels "happiness"! "Happiness" is not about having money! "Happiness" is a kind of respect, "happiness" is a kind of being treated fairly! I've been really touched by the many short videos I've watched recently. People living at the bottom of the class need a "warmth"! Everyone has different "abilities" and "values". When we give others "respect and fairness", it is the greatest "warmth" we give others!
Let’s first talk about why there is a “law”? The purpose of "law" is very simple, which is to "regulate the people"! Why "regulate the people"? The purpose of law has only one purpose: To regulate the people is to make people's lives better! The law is for people to "obey". If everyone "obeys" the law, people's lives will be better! The purpose of the "judiciary" is: To punish those who do not "abid by the law"! This is the purpose of the existence of "judiciary" and "law"! "The law" requires people to abide by it, then the law is meaningful! What's wrong with American justice? The laws in the United States are "too cumbersome." The United States has enacted many confusing laws, just like the street parking signs in New York. They are written in a mess and people don't know whether they can park there. "Law" is most taboo about "uncertainty"! The simplest laws in the world are the "Ten Commandments of Moses". The "Ten Commandments" are actually complete enough! People must clearly understand the rules so that they will not break the laws! The United States has enacted many laws. T he purpose of enacting laws in the United States is to "trap the people" and make the people jump into the "trap"! Why does American justice frame people? Because there are too many laws, it is easy for people to break the law casually! If people break the law, they must spend money to find a "lawyer"! When people break the law, the "judiciary" has its jobs! How outrageous is the America's laws?
In the United States, even a "driving ticket" requires a "lawyer"! Why does the United States make "laws" so complicated? Why do we need to find a “lawyer” for everything? "Lawyer" is a profitable industry! If the laws of the United States were simple and the United States did not need "lawyers" or "Judges" at all, who would spend money to study "law schools"? Many systems in the United States are like "taking off your pants and farting"! I ncluding the US tax law, the US tax law is to protect the work of "accountants"! Various laws in the United States are not based on the principle of "convenience and caring for the people". Various laws in the United States are based on the "principle of making money"!
To solve judicial problems, China must achieve "three trials and one conviction"! What is the "third trial"? The previous "second trial" is by the AI robot trial, and the last trial is the "manual trial"! Handling the second trial to an AI robot can avoid "corruption and bribery"! AI robots will not show favoritism. Those who rely on relationships and money to litigate will be filtered out by AI robots! And some people who really have grievances use manual trials, which is more targeted. Finally, the judge of this artificial trial will not have the courage to accept bribes! When most cases are distributed by AI robots, there will be fewer cases accepted manually, and the number of bribes will definitely decrease! It’s about how a case is tried! When AI robots hear cases, people don’t need to spend a lot of money to hire lawyers if they have legal problems. This reduces people’s legal burden! In fact, the "laws" are "most are the same". Let AI robots process more databases faster and have more legal precedents!
One of the Ten Commandments of Moses is: Do not “bear false witness against others”! This is a pretty big legal loophole! Our current general laws do not punish “false witnessing”! If China wants legal fairness, it must "punish those who bear false witness"! Why? "False witness" is as evil as a fraud syndicate! For example: It was clearly A who killed B, but A was very rich, so A spent money to buy C and D to make a false alibi for him! As a result, if two people prove that A was not present at the scene, A can be cleared of the murder suspicion. Maybe A paid E and F to frame G. As a result, G was sentenced to death! Is G unjust? G is wronged! The person A who killed B did not receive the punishment he deserved! Why? Because CDEF all accepted bribes and gave false witness! Did CDEF kill anyone? When the "same crime of giving false witness" is legislated, these stars and celebrities will not only focus on "money and profits" when they endorse any product! Do they care more about whether the "product" is "true to its name"? Do they care if the product is exaggerated? Do they care if there is suspicion of fraud?
On the "judicial aspect", I would like to provide two points for the Chinese government's reference: 1. "Three trials and one conviction" and the extensive use of AI robots! 2. “Whoever bears a false witness is equally guilty”! I hope this little uninformed opinions can help more Chinese people solve legal litigation cases, and also allow Chinese people to experience that "the law" is to protect the people, and "the law" is not to exploit the people! "Law" does not serve the "few elites and wealthy people"! The "law" is to protect the happiness of 1.4 billion people!
