Writing articles is indeed quite tiring! Unknowingly, I have written thousands of articles, but very few of them have achieved real results! Why do these celebrities like to use videos to influence people? Because "video" is the fastest and most direct way to influence people! We need to understand one fact, which is also the result of psychological research: "Videos" and all "concerts" and "sing and dance shows" can influence people most direct and fast! The impact on the visual senses is "short-lived", but it has direct benefits! And articles and words have a long-term impact on future generations! Let’s look at paper books again, they are being eliminated from our world! The elimination of "paper books" means that human civilization will be destroyed! What does Chinese civilization rely on? They are Taiwan’s “National Health Insurance”, China’s “Medical Insurance”, and the United States’ “Medical Insurance”!
In the past, when I was studying, one of my teachers had the opportunity to participate in the design of the National Health Insurance, so she told us a lot about the content and formulation methods of the National Health Insurance. These are full of useful information! The previous teachers were all very capable! "Medical insurance" is a big piece of cake! Why I said: Medical insurance is a big cake? Because medical expenses are directly related to people's lives, and medical expenses have always remained high! Why should we have universal health insurance? It is to take care of people's health and let all people have the right to enjoy medical resources! This is the original intention of Taiwan’s national health insurance design! The design of National Health Insurance has already thought of: "Corruption"! We all know that the medical industry is the most prone to "Corruption". Therefore, the National Health Insurance has made several reforms. The most important reform is: "Separation of medicine"! The purpose of "Medical separation" is to prevent doctors from taking money from patients' pockets! In the past, our doctors were usually the directors of the hospital's owner, and doctors were responsible for prescribing and selling medicines! Let’s think about it: What does the pharmacy care about? Pharmacies care about profits! Doctors prescribe medicines, doctors sell medicines, and of course doctors only prescribe high-profit medicines! Of course doctors only sell high-profit drugs! This is why hospitals never lose money! Will the hospital offer discounts? Hospitals never have to discount! Hospitals don’t need “clearance sales”! Hospital best sales are "doctors", and "doctors" are the best salespeople! This is why the first step in implementing universal health insurance must be "medical separation"! The second step is the reform of "hospital classification" that we are seeing now. These policies all have stories and reasons that cannot be shared today!
Now China has been clamoring for "free medical care for all"! I do not advocate free medical care for all in China! Why? You may think: Why am I so evil-minded and don’t advocate free medical care for all! Taiwan's health insurance is a "partial payment system". What is partial payment? Even for any medical expenses, people still have to bear 10%! I must say: National Health Insurance is still losing money, why? Because there is too much "Corruption"! Taiwanese people are so easy to fool! The losses in National Health Insurance have nothing to do with overseas Chinese! If overseas Chinese go back to see a doctor, can they see losses in the national health insurance? You really look down upon overseas Chinese too much, and you also look down upon the design of national health insurance! "National Health Insurance" is basically designed to be completely self-sufficient, and National Health Insurance is definitely profitable! National health insurance's losses are due to: "Corruption" and "Abuse of medical resources"! These corrupt officials have been casually reforming the National Health Insurance. Can the National Health Insurance not suffer losses?
Why don’t I advocate free medical care for all in China? Because this involves "Abuse of medical resources"! The biggest problem in China's medical system now is: "Unequal distribution of medical resources"! What is "Unequal distribution of medical resources"? It means that “urban” areas have excess medical resources and “rural areas” lack medical resources! Also, I know that China has "medical insurance". There are many retirees in big cities, and their "medical insurance" has exceeded their pension! That is, the medical insurance benefits for many retirees are higher than their pensions! This is a completely wrong operational burden! What does this tell us? A retiree may spend 1,000 RMB on living expenses, but 3,000 RMB on medical treatment and medication! This phenomenon is not a minority in China, but the vast majority! In the next five years, China will enter an aging society, and this allocation of medical resources will drag down China's finances. This is definitely not a good thing!
"Abuse of medical resources" is directly related to "insurance benefits"! Why are urban elderly people getting sick? Just like in the United States: People from the lower class will always be the ones to get sick and see the doctors! China cannot implement "universal free medical care", but China can implement "universal health insurance" like Taiwan! China can implement Chinese-style "national health insurance"! Basically, China’s medical insurance has many shortcomings! This cannot be explained in just a few words! What is China’s implementation of Chinese-style national health insurance? That is, every Chinese can afford medical expenses! This would be better than free medical care for all Chinese people! If China implements free medical care, the Chinese people will have endless diseases and endless medicines throughout their lives! Do the Chinese people hope that their life will consist of taking medicine and seeing the doctors every day? This is what I mean: A waste of medical resources! I don’t implement free medical care for Chinese people because I don’t want the Chinese people to be “controlled by medical care”! I really know how the hospital system works! I also know how doctors work for? Can you negotiate the price when the doctor wants you to undergo "surgery" and "medical treatment"? Do you know that the doctors who ask you to receive additional medical treatment have medical ethics? There are too many shortcomings in China’s medical system! What about "dean doctors", "expert doctors"...are these all ways to make money? Never underestimate "medical expenses" that can drag down a country's economy! "Medical expenses" bring down a country! Think about it: Can “medical expenses” drag someone down? Can "medical expenses" drag down a family? Will a healthy person take medicine all his life because of greedy doctors? Everyone can think about these carefully! I can't let these doctors and nurses lose their jobs! But we don’t live to take medicines, injections and see a doctor! Nowadays, elderly Americans see a doctor almost 20 days a month! They can all go to the hospital and punch card to work,why?
