(2) How to get rid of the gaslighting effect?  The gaslighting effect is also called cognitive negation!  The method used by the controller: 1. Information blocking: Let the controlled person only accept the information given by the controller!  2. Distortion of the manipulator's self-worth and self-awareness: the manipulator uses negative words to attack the manipulator! Just like Pharaoh looked down on the Israelites, they could only do those useless rough jobs! 3. Blocking the relationship: the manipulator wants to give the manipulated person an illusion, today you leave me for nothing, I am your only choice and rely on!  4.  Hopeless, no hope : the manipulator will isolate the manipulator, leaving them with no other choices and no hopes at all!  ~ Many people will answer: Don’t be a gas lamp!  If a person is not a gas lamp, then that person has no value at all!  Think about it: Who would care about a person who consumes himself?  If your friend always takes advantage of you, uses you, and does not help your life at all, will you continue to associate with them ?  No one wants to hand out with people destroy our life! We can be gas lamps, but we need to know God and let our lives bear witness to God, so we will always have enough kerosene!

 For manipulators, they are often in a dominant position, and what they use most often is ~ information blocking, information distortion, and information manipulation!  They will spread a lot of wrong information, even distort a lot of information, and manipulate a lot of information! Why do many Christians become gaslighting? Because Jesus wants us to be light and salt, unconsciously we become the gaslighting for the shepherds!  I have seen a few quite outrageous pastors. They are false pastors. They distort the Bible. They are manipulating the congregation and treating the congregation as free servants!  Recently, I changed a school, maybe that school is not well-known, but the brothers and sisters in that school are very caring, and they are quite humble!

 I don’t know what kind of pastor you are looking for?  I didn't understand until recently: the character of a pastor is more important than his reputation!  There was a pastor who returned to New York from another place and needed to be isolated for two weeks, but he needed to preach on Sunday. How would he answer the brothers and sisters?  He said: We are all pastors meeting, so we have no problem at all!  I can physically meet and preach on Sundays. What is a double standard?  This is a double standard!  It’s safe for pastors to gather, but is it not safe for ordinary people?  Excuse me: Can you ensure everyone on the plane?

 Every Christian must be a gas lamp, but we have to be a gas lamp like the Israelis and Anisimo!  (John 8:32)   "~ Therefore, we must be a gas lamp that is not controlled by others, we must understand the "truth"!

 What kind of gas lamps are we going to be?  1. Know yourself and affirm yourself!  We are all made in the image of God, and each of us is precious and valuable in God's heart!  2. Love God, love God's creation!  When we love God, we understand that God made us so beautiful, and God has already loved us!  (John 3:16) "~ 3. Enrich the social circle ~ learn to love others! (Matthew 19:  19)" 4. Learn to take responsibility and accept the truth!  Those who evade responsibility will often be in sin, and those who are in sin are often the gas lamps that are manipulated!  (John 3:21) ~ Only those who practice the truth rely on God, and those who evade responsibility and sin don’t rely on God at all, they rely on themselves!  5. We are all sinners and we are not perfect, but we don't need to deny ourselves!  (Romans 3:22-24) ~ Therefore, in Jesus Christ, we are all free and precious gas lamps!
