Pastors say: Because Jesus is hated by the world, we will be hated if we follow Jesus! Is this reasonable? Of course it’s unreasonable! Why is Jesus hated by the world? Was Jesus a heinous person? Aren’t the most heinous evildoers in this world supposed to be hated by the world? What evil did Jesus do? We know that Jesus did no evil, and we know that Jesus has been healing people and preaching. Why is Jesus hated by the world? Why did the Jews crucify Jesus? History repeats itself!
