Today, let's talk about money! I really don't like "Christian values." What does money have to do with them? Money is directly related to "values"! Every time I talk to my mom, we always say, "How stingy are Christians?" They are indeed very stingy! My mom used to worship Buddha. Recently, a super-rich abbot emerged from Shaolin Temple in China. His name is 释XX. He has 50 mistresses and tens of billions in assets. He should be ranked among the richest people in China! However, there are also prosperity theologies in the United States, and those pastors also fly private jets. So, Christians shouldn't laugh at Buddhists. How many truly good pastors are there in Christianity? Everyone knows it! Why do I say, "Christians are stingy?" Compared to Christians, Buddhists are truly generous! Are the temple managers at the Mazu pilgrimage and various temple fairs in Taiwan stingy? Are these Buddhist congregants stingy? Let's not make fun of each other. Buddhists shouldn't make fun of Christians, and Christians shouldn't make fun of Buddhists. Honestly, Buddhists are willing to spend money to buy "blessings and merit"! This is the Buddhist value system. They believe that blessings and merit are priceless! What are Christians willing to spend their money on? Christians spend it on celebrity and fame! Christians would rather spend money on marketing, simply to have a good reputation so they can make more money! Do Christians truly understand the principle of "love your neighbor as yourself"? How many church pastors understand this principle? The stingiest of my clients are "Christians"! "Christians" believe everyone should serve for free. This is a misconception fostered in the church: Pastors can receive a salary, but everyone else should serve for free. I also served for free for many years! I often pray to God, saying, "I don't want to be a 'beggar pastor.' I don't want to rely on donations from the congregation to survive!" Growing up, I believed that those who beggar for money are the vulnerable groups! I will help the "vulnerable groups," but I don't want to become one of them! Why, raising two daughters on my own, have I never received any government subsidies? We only use government healthcare, but we only get vaccinations! Thank God! God's provision has always been sufficient, and I haven't become a beggar to today!
Why do I say: Christians are stingy? Christians think they're so great for giving 1/10! All Christians are mistaken! Who do you give 1/10 to? Are you giving it to God? Does God need your money? The true purpose of giving 1/10 is: To help believers one another! How many churches do this? Giving 1/10 isn't just giving money to God! Does God need to spend money? Does God need money printed by humans? Jesus taught us a very clear value: There are only 2 gods in this world: One is the true God, and the other is mammon, or money! Jesus said: "Love God" and "Love your neighbor as yourself" are the sum of all the laws! This is the same principle in both the Old and New Testaments: "Love God" and "Love your neighbor as yourself" are all God's laws! If we truly worship the "true God," we must adhere to these 2 principles Jesus taught: "Love God" and "Love your neighbor as yourself"! What does "love God" mean? Does "loving God" not matter what God's name is? Jesus told us that there are only 2 gods in the world: One is money! The other is the "true God"! Therefore, as long as you don't worship "money," you are worshiping the "true God"! What is the "true God"? The "true God" is "a perfectly righteous God"! Now we can explain Jesus' words more clearly. Jesus tells us that the most important thing for a person is to worship a "perfectly righteous God"! When we worship a God, we shouldn't ask His name. We should ask why we worship Him? Do we worship God for wealth, health, a job, etc., or do we worship Him solely because of His righteousness? If we worship God solely because of His perfect righteousness, then we are not worshipping "Mammon"! "Mammon" refers to "all our needs"! Isn't the value system Jesus taught us very clear!??
Next is "Love your neighbor as yourself." What does "love your neighbor as yourself" mean? To love your neighbor as yourself means to treat your neighbor as you would treat yourself! This is what we often say in Chinese: "Put ourself in other's shoes"! Treat others the way you would like others to treat you! Many Christians can't even "put themselves in others' shoes"! "Loving others as yourself" is a higher realm than "putting ourself in others' shoes"! "Put ourself in other's shoes" means treating others the way you would like to be treated. "Putting oneself in others' shoes" means we expect others to treat us the way we would like to be treated! "Putting oneself in others' shoes" has expectations, while "loving others as yourself" is indiscriminate! It means treating others the way we always treat for ourselves! Not only do Christians fail to "love others as ourselves," they can't even practice the most basic "putting oneself in others' shoes"! Let me give you an example! I often have Christian clients who ask tons of questions, do tons of research, and finally, find the cheapest price for their flights! Aren't these Christians annoying? They consult other travel agencies and compare prices online. These people are unprofessional. They just want professional help and advice, but they don't want to make money for the professionals. Do these Christians "put themselves in others' shoes"? If they don't even pay the required consultation fee, how can they really love others as themselves? These Christians simply love to "take advantage" and maximize their own gains. Taking advantage of their brothers and sisters—are they Christians? I despise such people! No matter how rich they are, they are scum among Christians! I don't believe such people exist in God's Kingdom! I don't expect to see them in Heaven! Regardless of whether you are a Christian or not, regardless of what religion you believe in, regardless of what god you worship, I tell you this: There is only one God! That God is the "God of Perfect Justice"! People are just people! No matter how much "power" you have today, no matter how much "wealth" you possess, if God doesn't allow you to enter "Heaven," you will still go to "the lake of fire in hell"! The lake of fire will never be filled! God is not afraid of too many wicked people in this world, because wicked people can never control Him! God doesn't need to eliminate the wicked, because the wicked cannot harm Him! There are too many wicked people in this world, and it's only humanity that suffers! The poor don't need to be too sad. We just need to be good people in this life, and we can all go to Heaven like "Lazarus"! Suffering losses and being poor are not misfortunes in life! Misfortune in life: Living a life worse than death! Life is a soulless money-making machine! Death is an inevitable part of life; the end place is what matters most!!
