Pastors more than congregations

These past few days we've been distributing hats and scarves! Thanks to a sister from church! We received many hats and scarves at a great value. One day, we met some friends on the street, and we took out our scarves to give to them. As a result, a long line of elderly men and women waited to receive free scarves and hats. Because we didn't have many, the elderly men and women even started grabbing the scarves and hats. Actually, we do spend a lot of money every month helping those who can't afford extra warm clothing. It's not that we're particularly wealthy, but we thank God! We should be content with having food and clothing! And my God loves me so much! God has given me a place to live, and God has given me the ability to help those who lack clothing. Recently, I've noticed something: There are more and more white homeless people! Most of the white homeless are women, and these women may have been previously controlled by drugs! Too many women are used to making money passively, so they end up homeless. We met this woman; she asked us for money to buy food. We gave her a hat, scarf, sleeping bag, and money for food! We asked her where she lived. She said she slept in a tent! We gave her a sleeping bag, and she was overjoyed. Many people are struggling to fill their stomachs; how can they afford extra money for warm clothing? As a preacher, my finances and abilities are limited, but I can only do my best!

Yesterday, a Muslim shop owner shared Islam with us, offering us her Quran. Seeing her offer to give us the Quran and share the Muslim faith, I believe that Christianity in America is rapidly disappearing! I often tell Pastor Ren: We preachers must never be the ones who "stumble"others! (Luke 22:26) But you shall not be so; but the greatest among you shall be as the younger, and the leader as the servant. ~~ Among Christians, many often strive for power, fame, and profit. I've noticed a "miraculous phenomenon" in Flushing: There are more congregants than pastors! If a church has more members than pastors, does that church have any value? It's like a shopping mall: If there are more employees than customers, is there any point in the mall continuing to operate?

Why has American Christianity declined so rapidly? We need to look at how many people in America need the "gospel." We need to look at who is preaching the gospel in America. Why are there more pastors than congregants in America? There are many fields of untapped potential, and no one is willing to cultivate them, no pastors are willing to feed them! Has anyone considered the price that must be paid for evangelism and cultivating the untapped? Pastor Ren and I aren't just idle; we also have the pressures of life. Who wouldn't want to hibernate at home during the winter? Some self-proclaimed "missionaries" say the South is too hot in summer and go north to escape the heat! They say the North is too cold in winter and go south to escape the heat! I don't even know if they are truly doing missionary work. Where are the untapped? Are the untapped in the church? Are the untapped like migratory birds? Do they escape the cold in winter and the heat in summer? Christians shouldn't blame the rapid expansion of Muslims. Every Christian should ask themselves: Do we love our neighbor as ourselves? Do we love God? Are we truly willing to keep God's commandments? Why has Christianity deteriorated so quickly? We all have the answer in our hearts! I think every Christian can ask themselves: If Jesus came tomorrow, where would we be? Would we be thrown into the "lake of fire," or would we be invited by Jesus to the "feast of the lamb"? What is happening "today" is happening now! Will we have a "tomorrow"? While we can still breathe, let's not fight for who is the greatest! Let's fight with the devil for people's souls! I have never been afraid of the devil, and I believe that "fighting for souls" is the most meaningful thing I do in life! The longest-reigning and wealth-holding figure in human history was Joseph, who only ruled Egypt for 80 years. In the end, he too had to lie down! How long can we possess power and wealth? Who is the greatest? Does it matter who is rich? Think about it: For Christians to conquer the world, they must first go out and let everyone see God's love! God is love! God wants us Christians to spread the gospel, which is to spread God's love! Proclaim the love of Jesus who died for our sins! The best response to Jesus' love is to "love God" and "love God's law"!
