I often hear a lot of criticism about the late Pope Francis! Seeing that the Pope’s salary is NT$85,000, about US$2,800, the only benefit of being the Pope is: food and lodging are provided! Does the Pope of the Vatican get paid well? Very low! I thought: The pastor of any church in the United States earns more than the Pope! Why do many Christians and Catholics criticize Pope Francis? Because Pope Francis is the most controversial Pope! Pope Francis supports illegal immigration and homosexuality. He even made the Vatican's sexual abuse scandal public. This is why Pope Francis is criticized! Because Pope Francis has torn off the hypocritical fig leaf of the Vatican! I think Pope Francis’ approach to supporting homosexuality is not quite right! Pope Francis approves of homosexuals becoming bishops and priests, which is totally not qualified! I must explain my thoughts: "Homosexuality" is a sin, and "murder and arson" are also sins! The sin of homosexuality is not greater than the sin of murder and arson, so why do I say: Homosexuals cannot be priests or popes? Homosexuals and murderers can become priests and popes, but there is one prerequisite for these people: they must confess and repent! When a person "confess and repents", he becomes a new person! Of course he is qualified to be a priest and a pope, even a pastor! The purpose of religion's existence: "Religion" is not to help humans remember "sins", "religion" is to help humans repent and stay away from "sins"! Therefore, anyone who wants to be a priest or pope must first sanctify himself! If homosexuals or murderers have paid the price for their sins and have decided to stay away from their past evil deeds, I would like to ask Catholics and Christians: Are there any homosexual priests? Is there another gay pope? Therefore, Pope Francis cannot ordain homosexuals! Pope Francis cannot ordain homosexuals, just like he cannot allow a murderer to become Pope! If homosexuals and murderers are willing to repent, they will be a new creation and they will no longer be the "sinners" of the past! They are certainly qualified to receive every legal ordination! This is the basic rule we must understand! Whether Christians, Catholics or Buddhists, they all accept the repentance of the general public! Why do Catholics have confessionals? It means opening the door to welcome those who are willing to repent!
The position of "Pope" is worthy of respect! Catholicism and Christianity are different! Catholic priests have a "lifelong position" and neither priests nor nuns can get married! Buddhist nuns and monks are not allowed to get married! We must respect these clergy! Why do we need to respect these tenured clergy? Not being able to get married means not being able to carry on the family line. Why can’t they pass on their family line? Because they dedicated their lives to God! Actually, I think the system of not being able to get married is not good, but I can understand why such a system exists! In the past, there was "integration of politics and religion", and the power of religious leaders might be as great as that of a king. If marriage were allowed, it might lead to absurdity and corruption among many clergymen! Many clergymen will pass their positions on to their children as hereditary! Now Christianity is beginning to go backwards! Many Christian pastors abuse their power. They turn church assets into their own assets. They even train their children to be church successors who can inherit their accumulated assets. Whose “church assets” are? "Church assets" are all donated to God by believers. Church assets are definitely not private assets!!
Although Pope Francis did some things wrong, he was "holy" throughout his life, and was he accepting homosexuality for his own benefits? Of course not! Pope Francis is doing things for the good of God, so he deserves respect! Why does Pope Francis speak out for illegal immigrants? Why does Pope Francis accept homosexuality? All of us humans should think about a question: How does God see us? Does God look at our appearance? Does God look at our abilities? Does God look at our financial resources? Does God look at our educational background? Neither! God looks at our "soul"! No matter what religion you believe in, every religion belongs to the "Creator"! There is only one "Creator" in the universe, and the "Creator" observes and judges everyone, that is, our "soul"! Is our "soul" clean? Or is our "soul" evil? “Soul” is the standard by which the Creator judges people! Pope Francis accepts "illegal immigrants" and "homosexuals", which is in line with the principles of the Creator! There are many "homosexuals" who have received wrong ideas and education, and it is not their fault! What homosexuals need is not criticism or abuse, what homosexuals need is help! I have helped many homosexuals become normal. As long as a person has a normal mentality, their "sexual orientation" and "views on marriage and love" will naturally be normal. Is illegal immigration wrong? Illegal immigration is wrong, but "illegal immigrants" do not have "evil souls". Illegal immigrants are receiving "wrong information"! "Illegal immigrants" and "homosexuals" are the same, they are all affected by "misinformation" and they are also victims of being deceived by "misinformation"! We must accept them so that they have the opportunity to receive the "correct information". If they do not have the opportunity to receive the "correct information", how can they have the opportunity to change their lives? I have always had great respect for the clergy! I respect Pope Francis and Master Hsing Yun very much. I think the most important thing for a person is: a clean soul! If a person's soul is not clean, that person is evil! No matter how pious an evil person's words are, they cannot hide the filthiness and ugliness in their heart! This article is written only to let Christians and Catholics understand that no matter what religion we believe in, what we need to learn is that we can stay "clean" no matter what the environment is! The ultimate goal of "religion" is to help us overcome "sin"! What does this mean? No matter what circumstances we encounter, we can rely on the power of religion to keep our "souls clean"! "A clean soul" is the most reliable evidence for us to go to heaven! As long as we keep our "souls clean" throughout our lives, we will definitely be able to go to heaven!!
