This community management committee is truly clueless! Now I finally understand why the US government is so clueless! They probably don't really think they're stupid; they think they're smart! Yesterday, a management committee chairman said, "He does a lot of things!" Hearing that, I wondered who approved such a stupid thing. It turns out it was all approved internally by the management committee. These people think the money is worth it, but it's truly stupid. They installed two barbecue grills next to the pool. Who would go barbecue by the pool? Besides, who would be bored enough to go barbecue by the pool? Isn't that stupid? We residents are really helpless! Many people don't have the budget for necessary environment repairs, yet they spend money installing two unnecessary barbecue grills!
So what did the chairman say? He said, "We'll add some equipment, so our house prices can go up!" That's another ridiculous statement! Can the 2 barbecue grills increase house prices? The question is: This community is full of elderly people, many of whom have lived there for 10 to 40 years. Do these elderly people care about the value of their homes? Higher housing prices mean higher property taxes. Do these committee members treat these elderly people as speculators? I asked the chairman directly: Who cares about high housing prices? Just like that brainless chairperson, installing two decorative barbecue grills just to increase our property tax bill – that's really stupid! How can China effectively provide for the senior care and healthcare? China has a large population, and China can't allow people to work till their 80s and 90s as people in the US and Japan. That would be destroyed of China! Why does China have a mandatory retirement age of 60? To ensure jobs for the new generation, cultivating successors is crucial! Elderly people who don't retire aren't diligent, but rather lack the money to retire so! If every elderly person could enjoy a peaceful retirement, who would want to work forever? Elderly care and healthcare are inextricably linked. Elderly people inevitably suffer from many different ailments!!
How can China achieve common senior care and healthcare? Many people have the blind worship in insurance, but the Chinese government absolutely does not follow! Insurance only caters to the needs of the wealthy! The people's true security comes from government protection! The country must have revenue so that people can have security! National revenue must be spent where it counts, meaning the government cannot waste public funds. This is why I say: My housing committees are brainless! They install a few barbecue grills just to drive up housing prices. Residents don't care about housing prices; they care about low management fees! The American people and the Chinese people the same don't need wars. We all need common seniors care and affordable healthcare! Does the US government truly understand what the American people want? Pensions are the only source of income for seniors! To ensure these benefits, the Chinese government must ensure against excessive inflation. This is why China needs to control its exchange rate! The US is a capitalist country, and a massive influx of US dollars into China will inevitably lead to inflation. Therefore, preventing cheap US dollars from flowing into China and reaping the wealth of the Chinese people requires the Chinese government to control the stable exchange rate. The key point is: Seniors have fixed incomes, so pensions and healthcare must be the top priorities of government funding! A crucial principle regarding of commom senior care is that there is no big gaps between in pensions, meaning that the amount of money each senior receives shouldn't have big gaps. Regarding healthcare, there are also crucial principles: Basic and expensive healthcare. For the average senior, universal and affordable healthcare is essential, and seniors shouldn't need excessive medical care. What does excessive medical care mean? For example, if a senior has cancer, they should be able to choose whether to seek treatment or not. They shouldn't die in agony in a hospital. Government funding shouldn't just be tax dollars; it's government revenue! The United States is a capitalist country, and the only source of income for the U.S. government is "taxes"! The Chinese government should have a lot of income! The Chinese government has transportation revenue, income from helping other countries build infrastructure, and also from investments in hospitals, film, television, telecommunications... and so on. Remember that in ancient times, Chiang Ching-kuo's government had a lot of income, which is why it created the Taiwanese economic miracle! If the Chinese government can manage China well, the Chinese people's "retirement and medical care" will not be a problem at all! We must understand one thing: The elderly are the "consumer group", and the ones who create demand in the economy are the consumer group, so the existence of the elderly must have a consumer market!
