Spirit Body

A few days ago, during a Bible study, I heard a pastor—one whom many people admire—claim that a person's spiritual body possesses no sensation. He asserted: "The spiritual body feels absolutely nothing!" I must express my reservations regarding the truthfulness of this pastor's statement. In reality, I have always known that the human spiritual body *does* have sensations—and indeed, its sensations are far more intense! For instance, if the pain index in the physical body is rated at 1, that same pain index in the spiritual body would immediately skyrocket to 5 or higher. Why? I will explain shortly. The sensations experienced by the "spiritual body" must necessarily be more profound; therefore, once the "physical body vanishes"—that is, after a person dies—where one goes becomes a matter of paramount importance! After death, there are only two paths available to a person: Heaven or the Lake of Fire! Following the final judgment, our destination—Heaven or the Lake of Fire—will determine whether our spiritual body endures intensified suffering or enjoys a life of intensified bliss. Nowadays, far too many pastors interpret the Bible haphazardly; these pastors who treat the Scriptures so casually are bound to face a judgment that is doubly severe! 2 Peter 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2 Peter 3:16 He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. James 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. —The Bible has never served as a tool to condone the misdeeds of false prophets and false pastors; on the contrary, the Bible explicitly tells us that false prophets and false pastors must face a judgment that is all the more severe!

Furthermore, there are several passages in the Epistles of Paul that many pastors interpret so loosely that they have actually caused me to feel a deep aversion toward Paul. Specifically, the assertions that women are forbidden from preaching and that wives must submit to their husbands—this is, quite plainly, sheer male chauvinism. It effectively tells us that God created men and women according to a hierarchy in which men are superior and women are inferior! Did God truly create men and women with such a disparity in status? God is the most fair and righteous Deity! God would absolutely never engage in gender discrimination! The notion of male superiority over women is merely a product of those pastors’ "self-serving exegesis"—interpreting Scripture arbitrarily to suit their own benefits. May God’s justice be made manifest upon them! Husband and wife are, by nature, one flesh! Does not the Book of Genesis tell us that a husband and wife are one? If they are one, how can there be any hierarchy of male superiority or female inferiority? Tell me: Which part of your own body is precious, and which part is lowly? Every single part of the body is vital; there is absolutely no distinction of high or low status! Jesus, too, explicitly told us that in Heaven, there is no distinction between male and female! How, then, could the Bible possibly advocate for male dominance over women? If a person truly understands the Bible, they will not be held captive by the erroneous ideology of male superiority! The concept of "male superiority over women" is, in its very essence, a flawed ideology! I have always believed that God is a God of absolute justice! Therefore, dear brothers and sisters, do not take revenge yourselves, but rather leave room for God’s wrath! Romans 12:19-20 if you are convinced that you are a guide for the blind, a light for those who are in the dark, an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of little children, because you have in the law the embodiment of knowledge and truth—~~I believe that God is a God of absolute justice! I also believe that God will repay each person according to their deeds! When I heard that pastor claim that "spiritual bodies" possess no sensation, my immediate question was: "Then why did the rich man in the purple robes suffer such agony?" Why is it that even an AI knows that spiritual bodies experience intensified suffering, yet a pastor who reads the Bible remains ignorant of this fact? It is truly preposterous!

"Spiritual bodies" *do* indeed possess sensation! The Bible never speaks falsely! Human beings are composed of three distinct parts: Spirit, Soul, and Body! What does it mean when we die? It means our physical body perishes! But what, then, are the Spirit and the Soul? The "Soul" constitutes our thoughts and intellect! We often speak of the "Three Souls and Seven Spirits"—a concept that essentially refers to our thoughts, emotions, and sensations! And what is the "Spirit"? The "Spirit" serves as a vessel—specifically, an energy vessel. The "Spiritual Body" is the composite entity comprising both the Spirit and the Soul! Since the "Spirit" is merely an energy vessel, it naturally possesses no capacity for physical pain or sensation on its own; much like our physical body, if a person were to lack a "Soul," they would be devoid of any sensation whatsoever. However, the "Spiritual Body"—being the union of Spirit and Soul—experiences any form of pain with doubled intensity; in fact, I would argue the pain is amplified at least fivefold. Why is this so? The Bible holds the answer! When a person dies, it is the physical body that vanishes—this does not imply that the soul disappears as well; indeed, the spiritual body is the very result of the physical body's dissolution! The physical body is akin to our clothing; just as clothes encase our bodies, they serve as the first line of defense, shielding us when we are injured. Were we to lack this "garment" of the physical body, would it not be far more agonizing to be directly slashed by a knife or cast into the Lake of Fire? Why are modern people becoming increasingly wicked? It is because pastors casually distort and misinterpret the Holy Bible! Every account recorded in the Bible is absolute truth, and God will assuredly repay each individual according to their deeds! We must not be hasty in seeking vengeance for ourselves, nor should we be in a rush to vindicate our own grievances; God’s judgment will inevitably be several times—if not many times—more severe than ours! We need only remember one thing: God will assuredly repay each person according to their deeds! If you perform good and virtuous acts, you will undoubtedly receive a reward! "Good and virtuous acts" may sometimes yield rewards from other people; yet, even if you receive no recompense from human beings, God will most certainly reward you personally! I offer you this counsel: The rewards God bestows upon us are far greater—ranging from several times to a hundred times—than any reward received from human hands! On no account should you commit evil simply because you fail to receive a reward from others. As for those who commit evil, God will show absolutely no mercy! Would God ever be afraid to punish the wicked? God has never, and will never, fear punishing evildoers! The wicked are destined to suffer punishment in this life and to be cast into the Lake of Fire for all eternity! "Poverty" is, in fact, a form of divine punishment! "Poverty" is a subjective state of mind! "Poverty" is not determined by mere numbers! Consider two individuals: one subsists on a simple diet of vegetables and tofu, while the other feasts on rich meats and delicacies—which of the two is truly poor? Some might answer: "The one eating vegetables and tofu!" Yet, in the United States, tofu is actually quite expensive! By that logic, when the Israelites subsisted on manna in the wilderness, were they truly poor? Who among us possesses the wealth to purchase manna today? There are many millionaires—individuals with vast fortunes—who nonetheless perceive themselves as poor! And in that sense, they truly *are* poor! If a person believes themselves to be "poor," then they are, by definition, a "poor person"—and a "poor person" is simply someone currently undergoing divine punishment! Surely, you all understand this point! As the Chinese proverb goes: "One should offer aid in times of urgent crisis, but not subsidize chronic poverty!" To attempt to "subsidize chronic poverty" is, in essence, to work against God Himself! Can we truly help those whom God has chosen to punish? If God intends to punish a specific individual, and we step in to assist them, are we not thereby placing ourselves in opposition to God? Many people may *appear* to be poor, yet they never require assistance; on the contrary, they are often the ones willing to help others. Why is it that these "seemingly poor" individuals are able to offer aid to others? It is because they perceive themselves as being abundantly wealthy! "Poverty" is always a subjective experience! "Poverty" carries with it the nature of punishment! Finally, let me emphasize once more: The "spiritual body" possesses sensation! God will surely repay each individual according to their deeds! God’s justice and faithfulness are absolute! Furthermore, the Bible does not teach that "men are superior to women"! Should any pastor carelessly distort the Scriptures again, may they face God’s judgment!
