I just saw a retired veteran next door. He have suffered a lot of injuries in the Vietnam War. His whole body was in pain. He sat alone at the door, watching the children play. In fact, Americans’ old age is really quite miserable! The elderly in New York simply don’t have enough money to enter nursing homes, and they are suffering from all kinds of illnesses. I really don’t know if the United States is really a civilized country? Or is it a big historical joke? 剛剛看到鄰居一位退休老兵，他在越戰中應該受蠻多傷，他全身都是病痛。他一個孤零零的坐在門口，看小朋友玩耍。其實、美國人的晚年真的蠻淒涼的！紐約老人家根本沒有足夠的錢進養老院，而他們身上又周身病痛，我真的不知道美國真的是一個文明國家嗎？還是一個歷史上的大笑話？這些美國人的一生就是工作、工作、賺錢、賺錢、看病、看病…等死！人生活成這樣，有什麼意義？
