James 5:12 Above all, my brothers and sisters, do not swear—not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. All you need to say is a simple “Yes” or “No.” Otherwise you will be condemned. 13 Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.~~~Brothers and sisters often ask me: "Why are our prayers not answered? Is there really a Creator?" I can tell you with certainty: There is indeed a Creator! I can tell you even more certainly: God will surely repay each person according to their deeds! Everyone must pay the price for their own "evil"!
Recently, I heard something shocking: A pastor—who led nine services a week—was actually "stealing members from other churches" to start his own new church! A shepherd who "steals sheep" is a shepherd who displeases God! Many pastors have become accustomed to "stealing"! Jesus said that it is the thief who comes to steal and destroy! Recently, I met a preacher whose mouth was full of "lies"! If a preacher’s mouth is full of "lies," how is she qualified to stand on the pulpit and "preach"? Is she preaching a "false truth"? "Truth" does not require an oath; only "lies" need to be wrapped in "oaths."
As a Christian, I truly feel ashamed of these "nominal Christians," "nominal pastors," and "nominal preachers"! Why are the prayers of so many brothers and sisters not answered by God? I would like to ask: are these nominal Christians, nominal preachers, and nominal pastors truly "righteous"? The prayers of the righteous are surely heard! God loves the world; if you hypocrites could find favor with God, then God would be a senile old fool! On the contrary, I want to tell the whole world—these nominal Christians, preachers, and pastors—that you will inevitably face a far heavier judgment! Our God is a living and true God; He is a "faithful and righteous God"! Our God shows no partiality! Doing evil inevitably brings "punishment"; how can you, who bring shame upon God's name, possibly be considered "innocent"?
